Siyakholwa has been privileged to participate in Government’s Public Employment Programmes which are instrumental in driving sustainable economic growth and addressing unemployment challenges.  These publicly financed and government-implemented long-term investment initiatives prioritise the creation of employment opportunities through productive activities that require a significant amount of labour, rather than relying solely on civil service expansion.
